Obama Fiddles while Washington is Shut Down

Like Nero Obama refuses to negotiate or lead and he fiddles while Washington is shut down.

Obama in my opinion has passed James Buchanan who as President in 1856 fiddled while the country collapsed into Civil War as the worst President in American History.
