My response is Jesus' own words in Luke 22:36:
"Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."
I guess that Jesus saying to buy weapons to the Apostles to defend themselves makes him not a Christian either.
Oh and he was critical of the Allies in WW2 not stopping the Holocaust says the Pope of the Vatican whose predecessor Pius XII and his pals formed "ratlines" that spirited fine individuals such as Adolf Eichmann, Dr Josef Mengele, better known as Auschwitz's 'Angel of Death', Franz Stangl, commandant of the Treblinka extermination camp and many others from justice in Europe to comfy new lives in South America. Pope Francis what is the saying about people who live in glass houses ??
BTW, I'm the furthest thing from a Catholic basher rather I cannot stand hypocrisy in any form--it really ticks me off !!
