What bothers me is that the Supreme Court members are acting like politicians and not as they should which is deciding whether laws are constitutional or not. Housing, Gay Marriage, and Health care are NOT Federal issues per the Constitution, at best those issues should be left to the States. Regarding Gay Marriage the ONLY Federal issue should be if California has Gay Marriage but Ohio does not, should Ohio have to recognize the marriage (reciprocity as defined by the Constitution). The U.S. Constitution really IS dead, we live in a fascist country (by definition the merger of state and corporate power) where the rule of law only applies to those without money or influence. It's a sad day for this country.
