50th Anniversary of President Kennedy's Death
It seems that on the day Kennedy died, the old America so many of us love so also died. Kennedy was far from perfect but he loved his country and the people in it and tried to inspire and look out for them. Since that day, special interests run this country and the citizen's needs and desires are immaterial. Kennedy inspired the nation to "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country". Now politicians all say "I'm going to give you xx, so vote for me". What I wouldn't give to have another man like John Kennedy who would say things like "We choose to go to the moon and to do the other things..not because they are easy but because they are hard" and give our nation goals and help us to achieve them.

The True Cause of Mass Shootings
Shootings like this were very rare until they started prescribing SSRI drugs (Prozac, Paxil, etc) to everyone. It is a known and proven fact that for a small percentage of people, rather then calm them down these drugs turn them psychotic.
99% of the shooters in all of these murder sprees are on these drugs but the media hushes that fact up because they are in bed with Big Pharma.
In addition, psychiatric care in our country is a joke and a national disgrace. Due to abuses and to save money, all of the psychiatric hospitals were closed in the 1970s and nothing replaced them. There is nowhere for those who need long term care to go and many of them end up as the long term homeless and some become psycho shooters (usually paranoid schizophrenics). Almost every one of these shooters had been reported as dangerous and psychotic yet were on the street.
It's very sad and most people don't care until there is a shooting and then yell and holler about guns for a few days and then go back to watching tv.

Eagle..we have ways of making you talk
Eagle held as Spy by Moron Terrorists
Bird-brained terrorists in Lebanon have taken a suspected Israeli spy into custody – an eagle that was outfitted with a transmitter that allowed conservationists to study the raptor’s migratory patterns.
In the latest case of Muslim militants seeing a secret agent with wings and a beak, Iranian-backed Hezbollah forces are keeping the eagle under lock and key after it was found by hunters near the town of Ashkout, northeast of Beirut. The bird had a ring around its leg that bore the name ‘Tel Aviv University,’ written in English, as well as a receiver device attached, according to Hezbollah’s Al Manar TV station.
Israeli spymasters, who don’t typically outfit spies with such identifying markers, could not be reached for comment. But Yossi Leshem, of the Israel Ornithological Centre, told FoxNews.com the bird is innocent – and rare.
“The Israel National Parks Authority has been working on a program to protect the raptor eagles,” Leshem said. “Not so long ago, there were 65 pairs here, but now there are only nine, as most have sadly died after ingesting pesticides.”
Leshem said the marking just shows the eagle is part of Israel’s
equivalent to the Audubon Society. The transmitter, sends a radio signal
every 90 minutes to allow scientists to establish which flight paths
the bird has flown from as far north as Siberia, to as far south as
South Africa, he said.
“This latest situation, like those before, is just ridiculous,” Leshem said.
Hezbollah officially declared the bird an “enemy entity,” and his fate is now uncertain. It’s only the latest critter to be suspected of spying. Last December, Sudanese authorities “detained” a griffon vulture bearing an Israeli tag, insisting it was a spy. It was eventually cleared and is believed to have been released. Another griffon vulture was apprehended by Saudi Arabian special forces a couple of years earlier. It was subsequently released under an edict from the House of Saud’s crown prince.
In 2011, Turkey’s intelligence bizarrely took into custody a dead Merops Apiaster, aka the European Bee Eater. Found carrying an Israeli leg tag, the Turks were convinced it was an Israeli undercover agent, but in the end it turned out to be just a dead bird.
Paranoia and brain-washing are par for the course in much of the Middle East whenever Israel is mentioned, with many people unquestioningly lapping up anything anti-Israeli, no matter how far-fetched.
In 2008, the Palestinian Authority accused Israel of releasing rats to drive people from their homes, while in 2010 the governor of South Sinai refused to rule out the possibility that a series of shark attacks on vacationers at the Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh had been carried out by a man-eating shark deliberately released into the area by Israel’s Mossad spy agency to undermine Egypt’s tourist industry.
Strenuous efforts are now underway to try and bring about the release of the latest incarcerated raptor eagle.
“I understand the bird was injured when it was captured in Lebanon,” Leshem said. “I have been in touch with my Palestinian colleagues, who in turn have spoken to friends in Lebanon, who hope that through a third party – possibly a European intermediary – the bird can be brought back home.”

Why the 2013 Jacksonville Jaguars Stink
I am as frustrated as anybody this season. I know they blew the team
up and are rebuilding, but I HATE that everyone laughs at the Jaguars and that they can't win a game.
That said, I do see hope and I can't be down on new GM Caldwell and new Head Coach Bradley.
Regarding Bradley, he's doing the best that he can with what he was given. The sad thing is that the players are really trying but this team doesn't have the talent. That said have you noticed that the rookies are all getting better every game and the team doesn't give up ?? That shows that Bradley and his coaches are doing their jobs.
Regarding GM Caldwell except for not being as active as he should have been in Free Agency due to the obvious lack of talent on this team, his draft was solid. Joeckel is a really good tackle and should be a cornerstone of the Jaguar's Offensive line for many years.
Safety Cyprian is making rookie mistakes but shows flashes of greatness. If he keeps developing he may end up being a Pro Bowl caliber safety. The jury is still out on Gratz as well as Robinson, Evens, and Harris. Ace Sanders has talent and I think he'll work out fine.
Now compare that to former GM Gene Smith's drafts: 2008 -- none left on roster, 2009 -- none left on roster, 2010 -- Alualu left, 2011 -- Gabbert, Rackley, Shorts, Prosinsky left, and 2012 -- Blackmon, Branch, Anger, and Harris left.
That's it and THAT is why the Jaguars stink !!!! The man to blame is good old Gene Smith who basically wasted 4.5 drafts (2008 he had his fingers on but previous GM Shack Harris gets the blame for that one).

Government MUST Stop Spending before we go Bankrupt
Decades ago when everyone in Congress was rational and faced reality, then compromise was very important and a good thing.
However, most people in Congress and in government today have this insane idea that our country has a no limit credit card and we can keep spending and spending and everything will be great and there will never be a day when the credit card gets declined.
The main arguments between the Republicans and Democrats is on WHAT to spend the money on, never NOT to spend money (Democrats love social programs--Republicans love the military and wars).
Finally a few people are speaking out about this (Ron and Rand Paul and many of the Tea Party) and that having multi-TRILLION dollar deficits is unsustainable. If our country does not stop we will be in the same shape as Detroit not too far down the road and the dollar will collapse.
Think it can't happen ?? Look at what happened in Argentina a decade ago---the government went bankrupt and most Argentines lost ALL of their money !!!!
We as a country need to elect MORE people who face reality rather than people who just want to keep spending like drunken sailors.
